Consent forms must be filled out for all new clients and can be emailed to you for you to bring to your appointment!

After scheduling appointments for eyelash extensions please arrive to appointment with clean makeup free lashes and remove contact lenses if you wear them!!

*During eyelash appointments talking/ gum chewing during service is not advised (chemical burns) can occur from eyes fluttering when talking.

*Eyes must remain closed during service to avoid irritation.

* A $10 late fee will be applied for every 10 min you are late.

*Appointments will be cancelled after 20min of being late! REBOOKING WILL BE REQUIRED and prior deposit will be lost!

* A $10 fee may be applied when working over another artist's work if correction is needed!

*Based on your last lash appointment please book fills accordingly (2 week or 3 week)

*Any no shows will require payment in full at booking for any future appointments.

*Eyelash extension diameters (weight) and lengths are applied according to what the clients natural lashes can handle. The key is to never overload the natural lashes but still have a beautiful set of lashes!!

*Guests/Children are not allowed at eyelash extension appointments or microblading appointments! If bringing a child to your makeup appointment if child is under 5 please have someone to supervise them thank you for understanding!

***FOR LASH TRAININGS, MODELS ARE REQUIRED TO BE AVAILABLE FOR 4 HOURS (ON DAY 2) AND MUST COME WITH CLEAN MAKEUP FREE LASHES!***

$200 deposit is required for lash training. Balance is due in cash on day 1 before class. If paying by credit card the balance is due 7 days prior to class!

NOTE: IF BOOKING PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
-No coffee or other stimulants
-No Alcohol or other blood thinners
-No Retin A skincare products
-If you have any questions concerning medical conditions please consult your doctor before scheduling your appointment and bring a doctors note to your appointment.

DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR PERMANENET BROW SERVICES IF:
-You are under the age of 18
-You are pregnant or nursing
-You are taking blood thinning medications
-You have viral infections or diseases
-You are undergoing chemotherapy (6-12 months after last treatment) diabetic, heart, thyroid disease (need to be cleared by a physician)

 -using blood thinners (must stop taking 24-48hrs)

-weak immune system...sick cold/flu

-prone to keloids

-active skin conditions, lesions, lip blisters, sun burn, eczema, psoriasis etc..

-ON ACNE MEDICATIONS (accutane, Isotretinoin
